Breathwork Class for Stress Relief

Reduce stress, boost your immune system, gain clarity and feel better fast! Everyone is stressed lately, feeling a roller coaster of emotions. You deserve this time for yourself. If you think you don't have time for yourself, or that one class won't make a difference, you need it even more......

And if you've been nervous to attend a live class, this is the perfect way to test it out, from the comfort of your own home. Practicing self-love and self-care is one of the best ways to boost your immune system.

New Easier Pricing! I'm now doing packages so you don't need to pay for each class separately. A package is five classes for $75. You have three months to use classes. Each package includes one free ticket to gift to a friend or loved one. Once you've paid for a package, just shoot me an email prior to class, letting me that know you'll be attending.

Come on 10 minutes early if you are new to the platform Zoom and/or Breathwork and I'll give a quick tutorial. This is easy and you can do this! Please notice if you have resistance to new technology, unfamiliarity or change. Lean into discomfort. If you don't know how or it's unclear, TAKE MY CLASS!

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? We have an entire Breathwork class; live and interactive. I'm recommending people turn on the camera so I can give feedback and adjustments. Recommended for you to use headphones for better audio quality.

Optional closing share/reflection after class. You may leave at any time.

Be ready with a blanket, an eye mask (if possible,) and water, (for after.) Be ready to lie down on a bed, couch or floor for the active meditation portion. **Try to avoid eating a big meal 2 hours prior.
