Can you relate to any of the above? I hear it all the time working with clients as a Stress Coach. This Masterclass will focus on the BIG THREE: Stress Eating, Emotional Eating and Comfort Eating.

When we use food to buffer, avoid, escape or numb our emotions, we push them down and focus on food and our bodies instead of our lives, our Purpose and making decisions and changes. This IS NOT a dieting webinar. If you have an open mind, it will change your life.

As Tony Robbins says, success is 80% mindset and 20% strategy.

The Masterclass is broken down into two parts:

Part 1 - 9:30am PST -Healing Your Relationship with Food Workshop + 5 min break

Part 2- 10:30am PST-full-length Breathwork session to embody the teachings and Q&A.

You are welcome to attend both Parts or come for Part 2, or jump off after Part 1.

$41 Day Of- Must purchase at least one hour prior to class, because I need to send out the zoom link and waiver which is needed for new-comers.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? We have an entire Breathwork class; live and interactive. I'm recommending people turn on the camera so I can give feedback and adjustments. Recommended for you to use headphones for better audio quality.

Be ready with a blanket, an eye mask (if desired,) and water, (for after.) Be ready to lie down on a bed, couch or floor for the active meditation portion. **Try to avoid eating a big meal 2 hours prior.
