New-comers are always welcome and you may have your camera off if you prefer. Replays available for five days. If you attend live, you will still receive the recording too :)

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? We have an entire Breathwork class; live and interactive. I'm recommending people turn on the camera so I can give feedback and adjustments. Recommended for you to use headphones for better audio quality.

Optional closing share circle after class. You may stay or leave at any time. No need to share if you don't want.

Be ready with a blanket, an eye mask (if possible,) and water, (for after.) Be ready to lie down on a bed, couch or floor for the active meditation portion. **Try to avoid eating a big meal two hours prior.
