Let's come together to support, inspire and empower one another. Special themed "women only" Breathwork class. Perfect if you are new to Breathwork or have done it many times before......

Come on 5-10 minutes early if you are new to ask questions. Or come on early just to say hello.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? We have an entire Breathwork class; live and interactive. I'm recommending people turn on the camera so I can give feedback and adjustments. Recommended for you to use headphones for better audio quality.

Optional share circle/reflection after class. You may leave at any time.

Be ready with a blanket, an eye mask (if possible,) and water, (for after.) Be ready to lie down on a bed, couch or floor for the active meditation portion. **Try to avoid eating a big meal 2 hours prior.

New Easier Pricing! I'm now doing packages so you don't need to pay for each class separately. A package is five classes for $96. You have three months to use classes. Each package includes one free ticket to gift to a friend or loved one. Once you've paid for a package, just shoot me an email prior to class, letting me that know you'll be attending.
