Learn how to massively transform your belief system with the power of Breathwork! Let’s dissolve any beliefs holding you back about your mental and/or physical health. Healing occurs in the present moment, so let’s get breathing.

Everyone's experience is different and no two classes are ever the same. Come be part of an amazing community of like-minded, heart-centered individuals...

New-comers are always welcome and you may have your camera off too. Replays always available for 72 hours if you cannot attend live :)

New Easier Pricing! I'm now doing packages so you don't need to pay for each class separately. A package is five classes for $100. You have four months to use classes. Each package includes one free ticket to gift to a friend or loved one. Once you've paid for a package, just shoot me an email prior to class, letting me that know you'll be attending.

$30-Day Of- Must purchase at least one hour prior to class, because I need to send out the zoom link and waiver which is needed for new-comers.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? We have an entire Breathwork class; live and interactive. I'm recommending people turn on the camera so I can give feedback and adjustments. Recommended for you to use headphones for better audio quality.

Optional share circle after class. You may leave at any time.

Be ready with a blanket, an eye mask (if desired,) and water, (for after.) Wear comfy clothes. Be ready to lie down on a bed, couch or floor for the active meditation portion. **Try to avoid eating a big meal two hours prior.
