In-Person Breathwork Class in Seattle

IN-PERSON Breathwork class in SEATTLE!!! There won’t be another Seattle class for at least 12 months.

Like on-line classes? In-person will blow you away! There's no substitute for community being together in real life. Are you sick of Zoom? Come breathe with this incredible community in the most beautiful location.

Class will be facilitated outside at a private residence in the Shoreline/Richmond Beach area. An email will be sent out on the Saturday prior with the specific address and further details.

****This event will be for fully vaccinated individuals only. (if you’ve had COVID and need to wait to get vaccinated, just let me know; not a problem)

****Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, an eye mask (optional) and water, (for after.) **Try to avoid eating a big meal 2 hours prior. Not sure what to wear? Attire is comfy clothes, or gym or yoga attire.
