Come on five minutes early if you are new to Breathwork and I'll answer any questions. Or pop on early to say hi. This is easy and you can do it! Notice if you have resistance to trying something new or not doing it perfectly. Lean into discomfort. If you don't know how or it's unclear, TAKE MY CLASS!

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? We have an entire Breathwork class; live and interactive. I'm recommending people turn on the camera so I can give feedback and adjustments. Recommended for you to use headphones for better audio quality.

Optional closing share/reflection after class. You may leave at any time.

Be ready with a blanket, an eye mask (if possible,) and water, (for after.) Be ready to lie down on a bed, couch or floor for the active meditation portion. **Try to avoid eating a big meal 2 hours prior.

The most common word shared after my class is "amazing." Many have said it's "life-changing." Everyone's experience is different and no two classes are ever the same. Come be part of an amazing community of like-minded individuals.........
