This Saturday we have a special 20 min bonus Yoga session added! Join at 9am PST for a gentle yoga session to stretch and wake up the body, prior to Breathwork. Not into yoga? -no problem. Come on at 9:30am like always. Yoga session taught by my client and fellow yogi, Megan Horton. No additional fee for this bonus session.

Online is the perfect way to try out Breathwork; from the comfort of your own home. People love the convenience and privacy. Many have told me it's better than in-person. You have the option to keep your camera off and everyone's muted during the active breathing period. You can completely change your emotional, mental and physical state in the very first session. You have nothing to lose!

$24 Early Bird/$27 Day of- I will be sending a few videos to everyone and if you are new, you will need to watch them prior to taking a class. Total watch time is 10 minutes.

-I will mail out the the Zoom link, intro videos and more info in an email on Saturday morning.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? We have an entire Breathwork class; live and interactive. I'm recommending people turn on the camera so I can give feedback and adjustments. Recommended for you to use headphones for better audio quality.

Be ready with a blanket, an eye mask (if desired,) and water, (for after.) Be ready to lie down on a bed, couch or floor for the active meditation portion. **Try to avoid eating a big meal two hours prior.
